Commissions Policies:
Clients are asked to send me photos of the person who will be reflected in the portrait or wall hanging along with a list of the interests and activities of the person or people.
Later I Email or print out and mail a description of the proposed textiles and activities to be shown in the finished art work. At this time I also mail a standard agreement form to each client. Usually, I ask for 50% payment by Pay Pal when the agreement is signed and 50% when the piece is completed. The costs of shipping and taxes that may apply are added to the final bill. When the payment is received by Pay Pal the Art Work is shipped to the client by the most reliable service for the destination.
A commissioned work takes about two months to complete.
The price of a commissioned portrait is approximately 24"x 28 is usually $450.00 depending upon the work involved in the three dimensional embellishments. The price of a wall hanging depends upon the size of the finished work and the three dimensional embellishments.
A return policy hopes to keep customers happy so I do accept returns under the following provisions:
Please, contact Unique People Quilts before returning any item.
Returns must arrive at the Unique People Quilts business address within 7 days of your receipt of the art.
Returned work must be in its original condition and packaged and shipped in the same manner as you received it.
The client must insure all return packages.
Refunds less shipping, handling, and insurance cost, will be processed upon receipt of the item.
